About Me
"Returning to ourselves, to peace & joy"
Ha tápláljuk magunkban a tüzet,( a lángot), es a tűz, a tisztesség, a rendezettségen, a becsületességen tapad meg, akkor a tudatunk boldog.
Sok mindent el lehet venni tőlünk...
Az életünket.
A pénzünket.
A vagyonunkat.
Bármit, de a tisztaságunkat ( tisztességünket) nem lehet elvenni.
For me, the inner journey is about remembering again who we really are.
To connect deeply with the true voice of our soul and learn to flow with trust in the small miracles of life. I believe that everything that happens to us happens for us - to serve our evolution, awakening, and ascension.
“I am learning to accept that there is no good or bad – there is only what is. And exactly as it is, in that moment, it is perfect. This acceptance brings the freedom and love to which we can all return.”
Since childhood, I have been drawn to the connection between body and mind, natural healing, movement, and inner journeying. I have always been interested in philosophy, the depths of human existence, and the subtle, invisible thread that connects us to each other – and to ourselves.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over ten years, and a plant-based diet for eight years, and it has brought me a profound physical and spiritual transformation. Along with that, my relationship with life has also changed: I live more consciously, with greater joy and gratitude.
I am passionate about cooking, creating and nourishing – not only spiritually, but also physically. I have worked as a chef in restaurants in the Netherlands, Portugal, Iceland and Hungary where I have shared the joy of preparing and serving living, plant-based food. I have cooked for small groups, retreats and events of up to 100 people.
Learning and traveling have always been an integral part of my life. I completed my 200-hour Hatha–Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Guatemala, where music became deeply embedded in my life as a teaching and healing tool.
Peru, the Sacred Valley
Since 2023, I have lived in Peru, in the Sacred Valley, at an altitude of 3,000 meters.
This is where I established the Blue Lotus Yoga and Retreat Center, and it was here that I came into truly deep contact with ancient healing traditions, masters, and self-discovery.
This is where my faithful companion, Atuk (Quechua, meaning: Fox) the Husky, entered my life and has been my teacher and mirror on this journey ever since.
In 2025, I completed the 300-hour yoga and Ayurveda therapist training in Mexico, then returned to Hungary, my home country.
Yoga, Ayurveda, fasting, kambo, and mindful living are not separate tools for me, but parts of a unified path – gentle, yet profound.
I believe that true healing starts from within and that within every person lives the power that can lead them back to their own wholeness.

I was born under the sign of B'atz'
According to the Mayan sacred calendar, the Tzolk'in, I was born in the sun sign of B'atz' - a sun symbolizing creation, weaving, art, and the thread of time.
This energy accompanies me on my journey – in the world of yoga, inner work, and healing.
I view this call as a reminder:
The thread of life connects us to each other, to our ancestors, and to the wisdom within us.
