The practice is accompanied by a sound journey, which deepens relaxation, calms the nervous system, and supports the restoration of inner balance. The sounds gently guide you inward, creating space for release, integration, and self-healing processes.

This space is about you. About slowing down, bringing awareness, and remembering what has always been within you.

A jóga gyakorlása mellett böjtökkel, ájurvédikus gyógymódokkal, a kambóval, valamint a Kék Lótusz ősi szellemi növényének támogatásával dolgozom.

Ezeket természetes folyamatokat alkalmazom, hogy segítsem a belső átalakulást, az öngyógyító és tisztító erők aktiválását és a tudati felemelkedést.

Az önismeret útját én magam is járom.

Nem a tökéletességre törekszem, hanem az őszinteségre, és a jelenlétre.

Hiszem, hogy csak az tud igazán kísérni másokat, aki maga is benne van a folyamatban.
